Connor J. Braniff CMCA AMS PCAM

A native of Ocean City Maryland, Connor brings a wealth of real world experience and professional training to the property management industry as well an unsurpassed knowledge of the local environment and culture. A professional property manager and executive for almost a decade with one of Ocean City's largest property management firms has given Connor proven skills to bring out the best in your association, or to help you through any nature of challenges.

Connor's dedication to training and education led to him achieving the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Connor is one of less than 3,000 managers worldwide who have earned what is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field. To earn the PCAM credential, managers must have five years of community association management experience and complete more than 100 hours of course work. In addition, credentialed PCAMs must fulfill continuing education and service requirements, as well as adhere to a code of ethics. After completing these requirements, PCAM candidates must complete the PCAM case study which demonstrates adequate knowledge of relevant subject matter. PCAM case studies have to be completed in a 30-day time frame, and their length can encompass a hundred pages.

Connor volunteered much of his time with the Ocean City Fire Department where he is a Past Assistant Chief. He served as Treasurer of the fire company in 2014, 2015 and 2017.  His experience in managing and mitigating emergency situations makes him at his best when helping those who are at their worst, as well as developing a skill set beneficial to associations during unforeseen times of crisis.

Connor has been married to his wife Danielle since 2015 who serves the community as a law enforcement professional with the Ocean City Police Department. They have four dogs: Tegan, Bain, Sasha, as well as Klem who is Danielle's K-9 partner.

Property Manager

Taylor Wilkerson CMCA

With her family owning a home in Ocean City since 1978, moving to the beach was always the plan for Taylor. Moving down in 2011 to attend Salisbury University, she obtained a full-time job working at an onsite management office as an administrative assistant and the rest is history.

Valuing hard work, Taylor worked her way up from an administrative assistant to an assistant manager and finally to a portfolio manager in 3 short years. She specialized in developing communities, but her portfolio also included built out communities ranging in size from 27 to 423 units, a mix of Fee Simple HOAs, Townhome Condominiums, and Insurance only Condominiums.  Prior to joining the Braniff Team, she was an onsite manager at a 342-townhome condominium. There she expanded her knowledge in project management and construction. Taylor’s large variety of experience has allowed her to gain a knowledge that is key to adding value to the communities she manages.

Taylor is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and continues her education to hold this credential. She is working to become an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and hopes to eventually obtain the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys painting, studying art history, visiting art museums, hiking, and going to the beach. She hopes to travel to Europe soon to see many of the pieces of art she has studied.
